I'm having trouble placing an order - can you help?

Can I change what I have ordered?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be amended online. We would be happy to help you either re-place the order through us if you want to add items, or cancel items if you no longer want something. To do this, please contact us on 04-3979501 or info@elyssallc.com .

Can I amend the delivery option for my order?

As there is a price difference in the delivery options we offer, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery option once an order is placed.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please send an email to info@elyssallc.com . Please include the word "cancel" and your order reference number in the title of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn't sent before the item is dispatched then we may not be able to refund you for delivery charges.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we only offer delivery within the UAE.

How do I find out what's happening with my delivery?

If you have not yet had a dispatch confirmation email please contact customer services on 04-3979501 or info@elyssallc.com.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use ARAMEX Delivery Service. Standard delivery takes shipped  within 3 to 4 working days.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Items can be returned either by ARAMEX, or to our store.

To return an item by aramex  please parcel it up and include a note with the following information, then we arrange the pick up.

Please note, if you do not send it by aramex and it doesn't arrive at Head Office we will not be able to action any refund/exchange, as there is no method of tracking available.

Is it possible to return products bought from the internet to a store?

If your product is unwanted or you've changed your mind you can return your product to our store for an exchange or refund. If you decide to return your product to store then you MUST take your dispatch confirmation email as proof of purchase with you. No return can be completed in store without it. Any return to store must be done within 30 days, and the product must be returned unused and unopened. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to refund delivery or gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind.

How do I return my Internet order if I have paid by PayPal

For a refund to your PayPal account call (04-3979501) or email our Customer Services Team to arrange a return. Please include your order number in any correspondence.
OR
Return your product to our store for an exchange ONLY. If you decide to return your product to store then you MUST take this proof of purchase with you. No exchange can be completed in store without it. Any return to store must be done within 30 days, and the product must be returned unused and unopened. What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Elyssa Perfumes LLC  is an Authorized Brand Retailer for a huge range of fragrances. As such we take the quality of the products we sell very seriously. If you have received a faulty item it can be returned either by aramex or to our stores (please see above for details).

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately on 04-3979501 or email one info@elyssallc.com

How long will it take to get my internet order refund?

When Finance process your refund you will get an email sent to the email address which you placed the order with. This means that the refund has been processed our end, at which point it normally takes 2-5 working days to show on your account. Please note that it can take up to 15 to 20 working days.

Are the prices on your website the same as in your stores?

Yes, we like to think of our website as one of our stores. The prices and offers will therefore be the same online and in store, subject to stock availability.

Do your prices change?

In order to offer the customer the best deal possible at any given time our prices do frequently change. In terms of orders however, the price that we charge will be the same as that quoted in your email confirmation.

How do I find your store?

What's the difference between Aftershave, EDT,EDP& EDC?

Quite simply it is the difference in the amount or concentration of the fragrance oils in a perfume. A higher concentration fragrance will last longer, and won't need as much applying.

Fragrance products consist of a concentration of perfume oils in a solvent (usually alcohol).

The amount of perfume oil in a fragrance dictates whether it is an Eau de Parfum, an Eau de Toilette, an Eau de Cologne and so on. It also dictates how long a fragrance product will last on the skin and, of course, its price!

To help explain the difference in strength, we have listed below the types of fragrance products, their concentrations and the average time it takes for the scent to evaporate.

Perfume

5%-30% concentration of perfume oil

8 - 10 hours

Eau de Parfum or EDP

8%-15% concentration of perfume oil

7 - 8 hours

Eau de Toilette or EDT

4%-8% concentration of perfume oil

5 - 6 hours

Eau de Cologne or EDC / Aftershave

3%-5% concentration of perfume oil

3 - 4 hours

The price of a fragrance product will depend on its strength (% of perfume oil) as well as the bottle size. For example, a 30 ml Eau de Parfum bottle will usually cost more than a 30 ml Eau de Toilette as it is stronger.

The more alcohol a product contains, the quicker its scent will evaporate. Aftershave has the highest alcohol content.

Although an Eau de Toilette is cheaper, it is not necessarily more economical, as it will not last as long. EDT is the most popular and affordable concentration available.

Fragrances should be kept away from heat and light. Storing fragrance in the fluctuating temperatures and humidity of a bathroom will cause a scent to degrade rapidly.

Identical fragrances may smell differently and also last longer when applied to some peoples' skin than others; this is because of the chemical makeup and balance of our skin.
